When the sun sets
On dark silhouettes
Collapse into dream

It's almost Christmas time, but today's post goes back to those sunny autumn days from about two months ago. I really miss those as now it's usually dark and gloomy, but in spite of that I'm really excited as today's the day I go home for Christmas! I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself, there are many many good things to come my way during the next two weeks, which makes me too happy! As for the outfit – yes, it's one of those rare occasions I'm wearing trousers. I actually cannot get enough of these and I've recently been eyeing some lovely pairs from Simons' jeans collection. The dungarees combined with my favourite jumper? I can wear it all the time.

Sun structures

The freezing weather calls for more home time, but a couple of exciting events were happening in and around Brussels recently, hence I could hardly stay in. The end of November was definitely all about Temples concert in Antwerp. It was one of the most perfect gigs I've ever been to and their live sound is so incredible you could just lose yourself in the music and in the very moment, plus their music is another happy memory lane for me, which makes the experience even better. What's more, the magic of December has already started (even though my advent calendar indicates it's already mid-December), therefore another recent excitement of mine is surely Les Plaisirs d'hivier – which is like an around Christmas market, with all the carousels, a Ferris wheel, an ice rink, fairy lights everywhere, yummy food, mulled wine and hot chocolate – all in all the loveliest time of the year (maybe apart from the cold).
On an outfit note, I've come back to loving polka dots all over again, especially when I've seen this collared number on Sammy Dress website, I just couldn't resist.

And a couple of photos from the gig:

The colder weather has already hit Brussels, hence I've spent the recent weeks snuggled up in blankets with a cup of hot tea in hand, devouring books, watching lots of movies and discovering plenty of new music. My concert season was supposed to start just about now, but apparently I've missed one of them this Friday, The Horrors cancelled their European tour, so the gig I'm left with is Temples this Wednesday (which I'm more than excited about!). Hopefully, my almost non-existing sense of direction will allow me to find the venue in Antwerp and then I'll be the happiest person on the planet for the duration of the gig
Today's outfit features my favourite The Great Gatsby shirt, hich I've found in Waterstones. I've been looking for a sweatshirt or a tee with this print forever and it finally happened!

Yeah you're worth the trouble and you're worth the pain
And you're worth the worry, I would do the same
If we all went back to another time
I will love you over

Two weeks ago, I've had a chance to go to Paris and you never say no to Paris, right? Autumn is definitely the best time to visit the city, for me it's even more charming than usual as the colour palette of autumn trees suits the architecture so well. Besides all the things I had seen before and wanted to see once again like Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur or Notre Dame, my plan was to wander around in all those lovely streets of Montmartre, Saint-Germain, Marais or the Latin Quarter and enjoy the magical atmosphere. I have managed to see something new as I've finally visited Shakespeare and Company, which turned out to be the most beautiful book store ever and Deyrolle, a taxidermy shop, which looks as if it's taken out of a fairy tale (it's crammed with all these stuffed animals of all shapes, sizes and poses, as well as ancient wooden cases full of insects, shells, botanical prints and a variety of curiosities).
Oh it seems like I'll never get tired of Paris and I definitely want to visit it again!
Outfitwise, it was all about my new coat I got from Rose Wholesale. Plaid is definitely one of my favourite prints, especially for autumn, so I am more than happy with it

You’re no better off, living your life and dreaming at night

Last weekend was probably the last nice and warm weather that we'll have till spring time and I obviously tried to use it to the fullest. There were a lot of eerie forest walks, picnicing in the park and longboarding. And the sountrack for all that is still mostly Allah-las as I've seen them play live over a week ago plus they bring back a lot of good memories every time I listen to their music. The gig was truly amazing and they're the nicest guys. I really hope I'll have a chance to see them live again! Preferably soon!
Today's look is all about one of my favourte dresses I've bought at Urban Outfitters. I just love the different patterns on the top and the bottom, plus it's got a collar, which makes it even more perfect. Living just right next to UO is on one hand really lovely, but on the other it's mostly too big a temptation not to go in and buy something:)

There's a whole lot of people out there and they're a wild and restless sea,
Some will care and some will steal the last breath that you breathe from you

Today I'll be sharing one of my addictions with you. It's something that I cannot have enough of and it's basically any kind of Arctic Monkeys t shirt, sweatshirt or anything else with their name on it. Maybe it's not such a big surprise with them being my favourite band, but sometimes it borders on the verge of an unhealthy obsession. This is why when HiCustom offered me to design myself a shirt with any print I wanted I didn't even hesitate and obviously went for the AM typo. I'm more than happy with it and I'm sure I'll be wearing it a lot, just like the rest of my ever growing collection. If you follow me on Instagram, you've probably seen that I couldn't help myself and made myself an AM phone case as well.

we turn our backs to end of time
so we can let the moment stay

Here's the first post to my love for kimonos. I've adored them for over a year now, but only started my little collection this year. I've got three so far and I am certain the number will be growing steadily. The one I'm wearing in today's post is from Sheinside and I really fell in love with the print and the tassels. It's like an epitome of summer, which sadly is heading towards the end.
The past month, I've been visiting lovely Bruxelles like crazy (it's so beautiful here), getting used to the new place, discovering all the pretty places around where I live, reading a lot, watching hundreds of movies (The Double was the last one I've seen, it's genius!), listening to loads of music, getting excited over this autumn's concerts (Allah-Las, The Horrors, Temples - to name a few) and obviously looking for a job. Busy, busy, busy.
Have a lovely rest of the week my dear readers!

Weary inside, now our heart's lost forever

As you might know if you follow me on facebook or instagram, I've recently moved to Brussels! During past two weeks I've been visiting all the city's nice places like crazy. So far so good, but we'll see how I'll get on when a real life starts. I've just found a flat and have started looking for a job. Hopefully, I'll find it soon enough.
Today's outfit is one of the last that I've had photographed back in Wroclaw, so from next post on you can expect new looks and new surroundings. The dress has been one of my favourites ever since I've bought it on sale at River Island, mostly because of its colour and the unusual (at least for me) length.
A couple of you, my lovely readers, have asked about a playlist of the songs I currently listen to, so I've decided to make one. Let's try it, if you'll like this new feature, I'll make it a regular one. Enjoy!
